Beautifully heart-wrenching. Not only does this novel give an accurate portrayal into the mind of someone with real psychiatric issues, but it delves deeper. What if it really WAS all real? How would you know? Hope and Stone are truly a pair of star-crossed lovers from parallel worlds. Randi Cooley Wilson has once again drawn us in with her words and ability to weave a story that causes gut-wrenching emotion. The darkness permeates so completely through-out this novel, yet there is a bit of light helps to guide the way for the characters. The end is truly what got me, though, I think. A sacrifice made of complete unselfishness and in the name of love. (I am trying SO hard not to give away spoilers!!) Read this book, I promise you will NOT be disappointed!! I cannot wait for the next one!!

I love everything by Randi Cooley Wilson and this novel is no exception. It was wild, sexy, and super imaginative. The sexual tension between the two main characters is palpable and you just wish they would jump in the sack and get it over with. The thing is, the game is so much more fun. But they have much bigger fish to fry, like Lucifer. So their attraction to one another is secondary at times. I like this novel because it has balance and a logical hook, like the battle between heaven and hell, and while also throwing in a steamy forbidden romance. It was great!

I'm feeling shattered and a horrible sense of loss after finishing Stolas. So delicious and well written ! My heart has felt every emotion for Hope and Stone. I'm left with such a sense of longing. I realize Stone thinks his decision is best but he couldn't be more wrong. The second installment to this Dark Souls Series cannot come fast enough! I need more! An intriguing and absolutely brilliant read!
