This Shop Terms & Conditions page applies to all purchases made through Randi Cooley Wilson and Harbor Haven Publishing™. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below, regardless of whether you have reviewed them in full.

Customers are responsible for reading all product descriptions, fulfillment disclosures, and policy pages prior to completing a purchase.

Final Sale Policy

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

We do not allow returns, exchanges, substitutions, cancellations, refunds, or price adjustments for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Financial circumstances
• Panic buying
• Misunderstanding of product descriptions or reading order
• Fulfillment or shipping timeline changes
• Carrier delays
• Unplanned closures or events beyond our control

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Fulfillment & Preorders

Fulfillment timelines provided on this website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For preorder items, estimated fulfillment dates are listed in the product description and are subject to change. Changes to preorder timelines do not qualify for order cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks.

Inventory levels, signed items, special editions, and limited releases are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be restocked.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, Randi Cooley Wilson or Harbor Haven Publishing™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier and providing all required documentation. Any reimbursement for lost or damaged shipments is the responsibility of the carrier, not Randi Cooley Wilson or Harbor Haven Publishing™.

If reimbursement is received from the carrier and replacement items are available, customers may place a new order. Replacements are not guaranteed due to limited inventory.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

Resolution is at our discretion and may include:

• Sending the correct item if available
• Store credit equal to the original purchase price minus shipping
• Partial refund only where required by law

Non-Deliverable & Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us as non-deliverable due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable for delivery
• Refusal of delivery

We may offer to re-ship in-stock items at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for all:

• VAT
• Customs duties
• Tariffs
• Delivered At Place (DAP) fees
• Brokerage fees
• Any additional charges imposed by their country, customs authority, or shipping carrier
   

Randi Cooley Wilson or Harbor Haven Publishing™ does not refund fees associated with international orders, including packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes.

International shipments may not include end-to-end tracking once they leave the United States. Customers may need to file claims through their local carrier.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse international shipping to certain regions.

Third-Party Shippers

Randi Cooley Wilson or Harbor Haven Publishing™ does not refund fees associated with international orders, including packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxesible for loss, damage, or delivery issues once a package is transferred to a third party.

Product Condition & Variations

All items are inspected prior to shipment. Minor cosmetic variations, including but not limited to slight scuffing, shelf wear, edge wear, color variation, or printing irregularities, are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

Signed items, special editions, and limited releases may exhibit natural variations due to production processes, handling, or materials used.

Intellectual Property

All content, products, artwork, text, and intellectual property sold or displayed on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & PayPal Claims

By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that fulfillment timelines, shipping estimates, and product descriptions have been clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Contact-First Requirement

Customers agree to contact Randi Cooley Wilson or Harbor Haven Publishing™ directly to resolve any order-related issue before initiating a chargeback, PayPal claim, or payment dispute.

Dispute Violations

Initiating a chargeback, PayPal claim, or payment dispute for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fulfillment timelines or shipping estimates
• Carrier delays or delivery issues
• Unplanned closures or force majeure events
• Buyer’s remorse or change of circumstances
• Misunderstanding of product descriptions or reading order 

constitutes a violation of these Shop Terms & Conditions.

Processor Escalations

If a payment dispute or PayPal claim is escalated without prior contact, we reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor, including:

• Shipping and Return Policy
• Fulfillment disclosures
• Order confirmation records
• Tracking information
   

Customers acknowledge that PayPal and other payment processors may deny claims where policies were clearly disclosed and accepted at checkout.

Account Restrictions

Randi Cooley Wilson or Harbor Haven Publishing™ reserves the right to:

• Deny future purchases
• Restrict or terminate account access
• Cancel pending orders

for customers who initiate chargebacks or disputes in violation of these terms.

Non-Refundable Fees

All shipping charges, processing fees, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable, including in cases where a payment dispute or claim is filed.

Force Majeure

Randi Cooley Wilson and Harbor Haven Publishing™ shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, public health emergencies, or governmental actions.

Limitation of Liability

Randi Cooley Wilson and Harbor Haven Publishing™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use products sold through this website.

Governing Law & Venue

These Shop Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Severability

If any provision of these Shop Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Modifications

Randi Cooley Wilson and Harbor Haven Publishing™ reserves the right to update or modify these Shop Terms & Conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
